Equity Participation: In the recognition of a Promoter’s exceptional contribution and role in business development, ATS may consider equity participation or strategic partnership arrangements. Such participation is discretionary, considered only when necessary, and subject to separate discussion, approval, and formal agreement by ATS management.
Sole Distributorship: ATS may consider appointing Sole Distributors in selected territories where there is demonstrated market capability, institutional access, and long-term business commitment. Such appointments are selective and are subject to agreed commercial terms, performance expectations, market development targets, and periodic review. Applicable commercial arrangements include an Exclusive Distribution Fee, Upfront License Fee, Minimum Annual Sales Commitment, and System Maintenance obligations. Exclusivity will be considered only where it is commercially sustainable and aligned with ATS strategic objectives.
About the Founder
Dr Nicolo Belavendram is an academic supervisor, examiner, and research development specialist with extensive experience in thesis writing, research methodology, and student supervision. Driven by the challenges students face in producing structured, and original research, he founded AsterWrite Thesis Solutions to transform academic development through guided, technology-enabled research workflows.
