Dear Promoter,
AsterWrite Thesis Solutions (“the Company”) offers you an appointment as an independent Academique Promoter effective from May 18, 2026 till Dec 20, 2026.
Your appointment enables you to introduce Academique to students, schools, colleges, universities, training centres, and other academic communities.
As part of your engagement, you will be assigned a unique Referral Link and QR Code. These tools are linked to your promoter account and will be used to identify student registrations originating from your referrals for commission tracking purposes.
This appointment is non-exclusive, freelance-based, and not permanent in nature. Either party may discontinue participation at any time, subject to operational considerations.
Scope of Engagement
The responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:
Introduce Academique to schools, colleges, universities, training centres, and academic communities
Liaise with lecturers, programme coordinators, supervisors, student leaders, and institutional representatives
Facilitate meetings, introductions, and communication between ATS and institutions
Share approved promotional information regarding Academique features and benefits
Support awareness-building activities such as workshops, academic events, or presentations
Share your assigned Referral Link and QR Code with prospective student groups
You are not authorised to:
Make pricing commitments or negotiate commercial terms
Offer discounts, incentives, scholarships, or institutional benefits without written approval from ATS
Make contractual promises, implementation guarantees, or policy assurances on behalf of ATS
Commit ATS to partnerships, institutional agreements, or operational arrangements
Make claims regarding features, services, or deliverables that are not officially approved.
Benefits & Incentives
Promoter Benefits
Promoters are entitled to promoter benefits for every successful referral. A successful referral program is defined as the completion of the periof of validity of the program. Referral program may be through schools, colleges, universities, training centres, and academic communities.
Commission Structure
Promoters are eligible to earn commissions based on verified student registrations successfully attributed to their assigned referral account. Commission calculations, eligibility criteria, payment timelines, and applicable rates shall be determined by ATS and may be reviewed periodically to align with operational requirements and promotional initiatives.
Equity Participation (when applicable)
In the recognition of a Promoter’s exceptional contribution and role in business development, ATS may consider equity participation or strategic partnership arrangements. Such participation is discretionary, considered only when necessary, and subject to separate discussion, approval, and formal agreement by ATS management.
Nature of Appointment
This appointment is made on a freelance, independent, and non-exclusive basis for the purpose of promoting Academique and facilitating engagement with students, educational institutions, and academic communities. The appointment does not constitute employment, partnership, agency, or exclusive representation of AsterWrite Thesis Solutions (ATS).
This appointment is performance-oriented and may continue based on promoter engagement, professionalism, compliance with programme guidelines, and operational requirements.
Termination Terms
ATS reserves the right to suspend or terminate a promoter appointment at any time where there is evidence of misrepresentation, misuse of referral privileges, misleading claims, unauthorised commitments, misconduct, reputational risk, or non-compliance with programme guidelines.
Promoters may also voluntarily discontinue participation in the programme at any time by providing written notice to ATS, of not less than fourteen (14) days
Upon termination, a Promoter shall immediately cease representing the Company. The promoter’s Referral Link, QR Code, and commission eligibility for future registrations may be deactivated, subject to verification of pending eligible commissions accrued prior to termination. No compensation beyond the effective termination date shall be payable.
