Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. Age Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Consent

• Minimum Age: This Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.

• Minor Supervision: If you are under the age of 18 (e.g., a 15-year-old student), you may only use this Service with the explicit involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Financial Responsibility: All purchases and 30-day manual subscription renewals must be executed by a parent or legal guardian. By making a payment, the parent or guardian certifies they are the authorized account holder, agrees to be bound by this Agreement, and assumes full financial and legal responsibility for the minor's account activity.

2. No Support Desk: A Self-Service Platform

• Zero Support Staff: This Service operates strictly as an automated, self-service platform. There is no customer support desk, live chat, email assistance, or administrative staff available to assist with technical, operational, or account inquiries.

• Solo Digital Service Limitation: As a solo digital service, the platform cannot absorb the administrative or financial costs of legal disputes or lawsuits regarding technical site glitches, data losses, or individual academic performance issues (such as a student failing an exam).

• User Responsibility: Users (and their parents/guardians) are entirely responsible for independently navigating the website, utilizing the digital product, and managing their own account.

3. Free Trial and Manual Subscription (No Auto-Renewal)

• Purpose of the Free Trial: Because no live human support is provided, a free trial is made available to all new users. The sole purpose of this trial is to allow students and parents/guardians to independently evaluate the features, functionality, and suitability of the single product before making a financial commitment.

• No Automatic Overlap or Auto-Billing: Free trials do not automatically roll over into paid plans. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. There is no automated recurring billing.

• Intentional Manual Method: This manual-only method is intentionally designed to protect students and parents/guardians. You will never be charged unless you actively want to continue using the Service.

• Access Expiration: To extend access after the free trial or after a paid period ends, you must manually log into your account and purchase a 30-day subscription block. If no manual payment is made, access will automatically expire at the end of the current period, and you will never be billed automatically.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Because a free trial is provided for complete product evaluation prior to purchasing, and because the platform lacks administrative staff to manually process financial reversals, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits under any circumstances.

• Discontinuing Service: Once a 30-day subscription block is manually purchased, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you wish to discontinue the service, you simply need to refrain from purchasing the next manual 30-day block.

5. Payment Processing and Gateway Disclosure

• Third-Party Gateways: All manual 30-day purchases are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process your financial or credit card information directly.

• Gateway Availability: Payment processors and available checkout options may change or be temporarily modified due to technical updates, provider availability, or administrative appeals. If a specific primary gateway is offline during your renewal period, alternative secure manual checkout options will be displayed on your dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property and Account Security

• Proprietary Rights: All content provided on this Website—including but not limited to text, study guides, software tools, graphics, quizzes, videos, code, and interface layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Service owner and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Single-User Limited License: Upon registering for a free trial or purchasing a 30-day block, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the material for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• Strict Prohibited Uses: Users are explicitly forbidden from:

  • Sharing account login credentials or passwords with any other person.

  • Copying, downloading, distributing, uploading, or republishing any website materials to external platforms, group chats, public drives, or homework-help sites.

  • Using scraping bots, automated software, or AI training mechanisms to download or capture content from the platform.

• Enforcement: Any detected credential sharing or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the account with zero prior notice, a permanent ban from the platform, and the complete forfeiture of any remaining paid days.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• "As-Is" Provision: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of delays or downtime.

• Academic Outcomes Disclaimer: The platform provides educational support tools designed for self-directed study. We do not guarantee any specific academic results, test scores, grades, or school admissions. Ultimate academic performance remains entirely the responsibility of the student. We are not liable for any poor grades, failed courses, or academic penalties a student may receive.

• Cap on Financial Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or computer failure. In no event shall our total financial liability to you for all claims exceed the exact amount you paid to us for your current 30-day subscription block.

• Third-Party Failures: We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services outside of our direct control, including server hosting outages, internet service provider failures, or payment gateway service disruptions.

I am at least 18 years old, or I am a parent/guardian agreeing on behalf of a student who is at least 13 years old. I agree to the Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement, including the strict No-Refund Policy, the Self-Service Model (no live support), and the Manual 30-Day Renewal structure.
