After supervising dozens of Master's and Doctorate students (let's call them researchers), AsterWrite was developed as student-centred research and thesis writing aid. Students in Degree, Master's, and Doctorate levels face increasing commercialized learning. Lecturers are required to publish (or perish). Thanks partly to Covid-19 that changed the rules of the classroom and lecture hall. The result: Students and Lecturers bear the brunt of performing without the stage. What recourse do Students and Lecturers have? To help students achieve their degrees, and Lecturers publish journal papers.
